Screen mesh production
For the production of metal mesh, only the best raw materials in the world are used. Production facilities of the factory allow to produce yarns up to 15 microns thick. Threads of the highest quality are then woven in specially equipped clean rooms using the most advanced, modern equipment. All manufactured products are thoroughly tested by electronic quality control systems. Our multi-level control systems guarantee unprecedented quality of finished products.

The two most important BOPP SD mesh variables are coating openness (w) and wire diameter (d).
Example: BOPP SD 50 / 30
50 = mesh openness in microns
30 = wire diameter d in microns
Mesh mesh
The grid mesh determines the number of threads per inch (number of cells):
Mesh = 25,4 mm. / (w / mm. + d / mm.)
Open Area A0
An open area describes the total open area in the grid cells over its entire surface.
The larger the open area, the greater the color bandwidth.
Open Area A0 = (w / w + d) 2 x 100%
